Professor Wyglinski gave two-day short course in Helsinki, Finland during November 26-27, 2009, entitled: “Cognitive Radio Communications and Dynamic Spectrum Access.” This course is supported by the European Union European Social Fund-sponsored INFORTE Programme.

Professor Wyglinski received a grant from the U.S. Office of Naval Research to the amount of $196,400 in support of his collaborative research project, entitled: BLISS: A Blind Spectrum Separation Approach for Jamming-Resistant Communications.
